Parent/Carer Forum

The Parent/Carer Forum is a partnership between our families and the school. It is a valuable way for parents and carers of our pupils to share and discuss school matters in a mutually supportive environment.

Meetings happen termly and dates of these meetings will be included on our newsletter and the website diary. All are welcome to attend the forum meetings. The minutes from all meetings will be shared so those not in attendance will be able to view what has been discussed and actions going forward.

The aims of the Parent Forum are to:

  • Share information, knowledge and skills
  • Work together to discuss the education provided for our children
  • Enhance communications between parents/carers and staff/governors

The parent forum does not have any statutory responsibilities, duties or powers in the school. For more information about how the school is governed or if you are interested in becoming a school governor please visit our governors page

Minutes will be taken at each meeting and these will be accessible on this website. Any concerns or complaints involving individual children, families or members of staff will not be discussed during the Forum meetings.

Who can attend the parent/carer forum?

Any current parent/carer of a child currently at our school.
