Parent Forum

The Parent Forum is a new partnership between parents and the school. It is a valuable way for parents and carers of our pupils to share and discuss school matters in a mutually supportive environment.

Representatives from each year group meet with Mrs Cowler regularly throughout the school year to discuss different things that are in happening in school, to ask questions and exchange feedback and ideas.

Current Forum Representatives

Foundation - Gemma Hinkins

Year 1 - Kirsty Duddridge

Year 2 - Andrew Hill

Year 3 - Erika Radford

Year 4 - Julie Paterson

Year 5 - Archana Kumar

Year 6 - Elizabeth Keating Jones

The aims of the Parent Forum are to:

  • Share information, knowledge and skills
  • Work together to discuss the education provided for our children
  • Enhance communications between parents/carers and staff/governors

The parent forum does not have any statutory responsibilities, duties or powers in the school. For more information about how the school is governed or if you are interested in becoming a school governor please visit our governors page

Minutes will be taken at each meeting and these will be accessible on this website. Any concerns or complaints involving individual children, families or members of staff will not be discussed by the Forum.

Who can be part of the parent forum?

Any current parent/carer of a child currently at our school.

Parents/carers from each year group are responsible for nominating a representative for their year group.

How can I share ideas with the Parent Forum?

Please contact your year group representative. If you do not know them personally, please contact the School Office and they will be happy to put you in touch.
